This Privacy Policy describes how 55K Entertainment ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications, including BigMech and any other titles published by 55K Entertainment (collectively, "our Apps"). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the data needed to operate our Apps, deliver advertising, analyze gameplay, and provide cloud save functionality. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying information.

2. How we use information
Operate our Apps — save progress, sync game state across sessions and devices, validate purchases.
Improve our Apps — analyze which features are used, fix crashes, balance gameplay.
Show advertising — display rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. We currently use non-personalized advertising only.
Process purchases — fulfill in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing.
3. Third-party services
We share data with the third-party providers below. Each one has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle the data they receive:
We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
4. Cloud save
Our Apps may use Firebase Firestore to back up your game progress (gameplay history, unlocked items, in-game currencies) so it persists across devices and reinstalls. The save record is keyed to an anonymous device-bound identifier — it is not linked to a name, email, or external account.
5. Children's privacy
Our Apps are intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through one of our Apps, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
Reset advertising ID — your device settings let you reset or limit the use of your Advertising ID at any time.
Disable analytics — you can opt out of Firebase Analytics by uninstalling the App.
Delete your data — to request deletion of your cloud save and analytics data, email us (see Section 8). We will process the request within 30 days.
EU / UK users (GDPR) — you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California users (CCPA) — you have the right to know what data is collected and request its deletion.
7. Data retention
Cloud save data is retained as long as the App is installed and active on your devices. Analytics events are retained according to Firebase's default retention period (up to 14 months). Crash and diagnostic data is retained for 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Data collected by our Apps is processed by service providers on servers that may be located outside your country of residence. By using our Apps, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of our Apps after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
